Drilling.

Drilling encourages team spirit, co-operation, concentration, and communication between horse and rider. It is fun, a form of art, it is exciting and promotes a challenge. It is a group of riders wearing beautiful costumes performing choreographed maneuvers to recognizable music. Precision riding mixes western style riding with action, speed, synchronization, artistic interpretation and music for an entertaining performance.Advanced students may be given the opportunity to become part of the drill team. A place of opportunity! Hard work and dedication to the sport of riding, opens many doors. The advance members will guide the junior members.

SILVER LINING

The Silver Stars Precision Drill team from Windsor/Essex County showed them how it was done right in the heart of horse country. The Silver Stars from Lazee G Ranch finished 1st (2011) and 2nd (2012) overall at the Northern Kentucky Horse Network Open Competition against teams from Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ohio. 2013 was cancelled due to inclement weather. The Silver Stars are ready for the 2014 competition.. Combined, they were awarded the overall title. Earning the high point title they were invited to the World Competition in Texas.
